Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees on any plan. You can start with a free trial.

Can I change my plan later on?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your Account Settings. Upgrades are prorated—if you switch midway, the unused portion of your current plan is credited toward the new one.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards for your JBoard subscription, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay. For Enterprise plans, payment via invoice is also supported.

Why do you need a credit card to unlock a full-trial?

A credit card is required because your job board may go live during the trial. This ensures your site stays online if the trial ends before you have time to add your payment details.
